It changed my life forever and I had no idea back then what the change in my life would be. My mom, sister, and I were the first ones to be saved and know and live out the redeeming grace! So cool how God can just swoop in on a family and save them! God works miracles :)
Next I want to thank God for getting me into North Central University and giving me close friends after graduating high school. I didn't have good grades. My dad was never ever going to let me go to out of state schools, let alone a Christian private school! It was a blessing from God to get here, and now here I am finishing my last year at North Central University! I am getting my Bachelor's of Science in Social Work w/ a Bible minor. I can't even believe I'm here, becoming an adult! It's so weird!
But at the same time so good. The next step after this is applying for jobs in the following states: Illinois, California, and Minnesota! I am going to look into The Salvation Army, but anything to do with helping kids and teenagers or families! In the city or somewhere!
So life right now is focusing on the last two semesters of college, hanging out with friends, learning and gaining as much wisdom as I can and not trying to blast through the moment! It is going well so far, tonight I finally get to have a card night with my friends and hang out with them! Seriously never get too busy to hang out with your friends because they add so much to your lives :)
Treasure every season and enjoy it! :D
I am thankful for the friends I have, the school I go to, and the relationship God has blessed me with, and I would never trade anything. I truly can say God's plan is the best and He wants the best for you, so DON'T SETTLE. I'm telling you now, don't settle and go after God's best, because it truly is a blessing :)
