So now that I am finishing up my Junior Year at North Central University I can tell you I have gained a lot of wisdom and knowledge from my friends, family, all those chapel services we attend, those divine appointments, prayer, worship, God's voice, it's all so great.
God is doing a lot in my family, trying to fix it but sometime's you have to hit rock bottom to climb back up.
In my life I am enjoying my life. I am focused on school. I am almost done with this semester. I recently got my internship for next year which is at Salvation Army as a caseworker in a homeless shelter working with men. It is going to be so good and I can't wait to see what God is going to do. Knowing I can be the love that God needs in one of the roughest areas that we cannot help in.
This summer my team and I are doing a worship night outreach number 2. It is an outreach event where for 2 hours we set aside to worship, pray, seek His will for our lives. It's a time to reflect and be in God's house with concentration on that. I have found a few more band members and I am excited to see God move within our area this summer, my last summer being home in good old Illinois. I am excited to see who God brings to this event and to see how many people we can reach. God is so great and I know He will do what He wants with this vision He gave me last year during this time at school.
I am going to be enjoying this year with God as doing the best in school that I can and God is doing so much in my life. I can say for once in my life I am excited to be trusting in God for every area of my life. It is hard, but believe me with work, constantly doing devotions everyday, He will change your heart :)
I am joyful for what is here, and what is yet to come, but focus on God and what He's putting in your heart daily and all else will come :)
